Peter T.C. Chang

Dr Peter T. C. Chang is a visiting senior fellow at ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore and a research associate at the Malaysia-China Friendship Association in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Trained in comparative philosophy, he is currently researching China’s rise from the perspective of the Chinese soft power’s impact upon Malaysia and the wider world.
